摘  要:在数字化智能化时代,技术赋能促使受教育主体的成长环境、认知方式及学习方式等都发生了很大变化,极大地便利了他们利用技术手段进行知识学习,却往往忽视了“人之为人”之本性的内在涵养及其应有的习得,而这必然会催生并促进数字化教育向着人性化方向的变革。事实上,与以往相比,数字化原住民已经表现出了“伴随技术成长”“善于多任务处理”“依赖图像学习交流”以及“喜欢即时满足和奖励”等四大特征。然而,从人性化的教育视角来看,这些特征极易造成“真我主体迷失”“深度学习缺位”“伦理角色错位”以及“情感满足匮乏”等困境。对此,我们需要以人性化教育理念为核心、以顺应数字化教育技术发展趋势为引领进行教育变革,其路径主要包括明晰现实主体身份以促进人机共生发展、完善深度学习机制以促进学生高阶思维提升、复归师生伦理角色、打造数字教育情感文明等四个方面,以此构建数字化教育技术背景下的人性化教育模式。In the era of digital intelligence,great changes have taken place in living environment,cognitive approach and learning style among the major participants of a technology-empowered education,who are referred to as digital natives in this article.These changes have greatly facilitated their knowledge acquisition with the help of technology,but often led to the neglect of inner being and inherent cultivation of human nature,which definitely calls for the reform from digital education to humanity education.More than ever before,the digital natives actually have possessed the four attributes,including growing up with technology,being good at multitasking,preferring graphic learning and communication,and relying on instant gratification and reward.However,from the perspective of humanity education,these attributes are prone to the problems such as the loss of real self,the impediment to deep learning,the misplacement of ethical roles,and the deficiency of emotional satisfaction.To adapt to the trend of the development of digital educational technology,education reform should focus on the philosophy of humanity education and follow the paths of humanity education in ways of clarifying principal identity in educational reality in order to promote the human-computer mutual development,improving the in-depth learning mechanism to promote the students'high-level thinking,restoring the ethical role of teachers and students,and creating the emotional civilization of digital education.
