摘 要:长期以来,如何评价思政课的政治性与学理性相统一、大学生对思政课教学内容是否真信真行等,一直是思政课教学评价的痛点和难点。“循证评价系统”以内置的思政课评价体系为标准、利用循证科学的方法对数智系统采集的数据进行分析与比较,全方位、立体化地评价教学过程和效果,可有效地化解思政课教学评价的顽瘴痼疾,实现增值评价。但“循证评价系统”在研发与运行中也面临一些挑战:育人主体评价理念与责任意识欠缺,系统研发与治理能力滞后,思政工作体系沟通与协同困难等。因而需从责任感教育、研发与治理能力培育和组织纵横协同入手,加速思政课教学评价现代化转型。For a long time,how to evaluate the unity of political and scientific rationality of ideological and political courses,and whether college students really believe in the teaching content of ideological and political courses have been the pain points and difficulties in the teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses."Evidence-based evaluation system"takes the built-in ideological and political course evaluation system as the standard,uses evidence-based scientific methods to analyze and compare the data collected by the digital intellectual system,and evaluates the teaching process and effect in an all-round and three-dimensional way.However,the"evidence-based evaluation system"also faces some challenges in the development and operation,such as the lack of evaluation concept and responsibility consciousness of education subjects,the lag of system research and development and governance ability,and the difficulty of communication and coordination of ideological and political work system.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the modernization and transformation of ideological and political course teaching evaluation from the aspects of responsibility education,research and development and governance ability cultivation and organizational coordination.
