摘  要:为了获得糠偶姻醋酸酯最佳收率,以VB1作为催化剂,从原料配比、反应温度、反应时间3个因素着手,对以糠偶姻与醋酸酐合成糠偶姻醋酸酯的工艺方法进行研究.最佳实验条件为:n(糠偶姻)∶n(醋酸酐)=1∶1.2,反应温度70℃,反应时间60 min.此时,最高收率可达91.3%.该实验工艺简单,操作过程稳定,是合成糠偶姻醋酸酯比较理想的工艺方法.In order to obtain the best yield of furoin acetate,using VB_1 as catalyst,the synthesis process of furoin acetate from furoin and acetic anhydride was studied from three factors including raw material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time.The best experimental conditions are:n(furoin)∶n(acetic anhydride)=1∶1.2,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 60 min.At this moment,the maximum yield is up to 91.3%.The process of this experiment is simple and the process of its operation is stable,which is an ideal method for the synthesis of furoin acetate.
