摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂在妇产科护理学课程思政教学中的应用。方法选取2019年9月至2021年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院妇产科的102名护理学护生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组各51名。对照组采用常规教学方式,实验组在对照组基础上应用翻转课堂。比较两组思想政治情绪评分及专业技能考核评分。结果实验组思想政治情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组专业技能考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂在妇产科护理学课程思政教学中的应用可改善护生的思想政治情绪,提高专业技能,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of flipped classroom in ideological and political teaching of nursing course in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 102 nursing students from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 51 students in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and the experimental group applied flipped classroom on the basis of the control group.The scores of ideological and political emotions and professional skills were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of ideological and political emotions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The test scores of professional skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom in ideological and political teaching of nursing course in obstetrics and gynecology can improve the ideological and political emotions of nursing students,improve the professional skills,which is worth popularizing and applying.
