宫颈癌高危人群采取阴道镜检查后配合宫颈细胞学检查对宫颈癌的筛查价值

摘　　要：目的探究宫颈癌高危人群采取阴道镜检查后配合宫颈细胞学检查在宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法选取30例妇科检查的宫颈癌高危者,以病理诊断结果为金标准,分别行阴道镜检查、宫颈细胞学检查,比较阴道镜检查、阴道镜检查+宫颈细胞学检查诊断宫颈癌的结果。结果与病理诊断结果相比,阴道镜检查诊断符合率为76.67%,敏感度为80.00%,特异度为60.00%。与病理诊断结果相比,阴道镜检查+宫颈细胞学检查诊断符合率为90.00%,敏感度为92.00%,特异度为80.00%。结论在宫颈癌高危人群宫颈癌筛查中,阴道镜检查+宫颈细胞学检查诊断效果理想,准确率、敏感度及特异度较高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the value of colposcopy combined with cervical cytology in cervical cancer screening for high-risk groups.Methods 30 patients with high risk of cervical cancer underwent gynecological examination were selected,and the pathological diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard.Colposcopy and cervical cytology were respectively performed to compare the diagnosis results of cervical cancer by colposcopy and colposcopy plus cervical cytology.Results Compared with pathological diagnosis,colposcopy diagnosis was 76.67%,sensitivity was 80.00%,specificity was 60.00%.Compared with the pathological diagnosis results,colposcopy+cervical cytology diagnosis agreement was 90.00%,sensitivity was 92.00%,specificity was 80.00%.Conclusion Colposcopy plus cervical cytology has ideal diagnostic effect,high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and is worth popularizing in cervical cancer screening of high-risk groups.
