摘 要:目的探究微视频教学在手术室妇科盆腔肿瘤护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年12月本院妇科进行盆腔肿瘤培训的护士(60名)作为研究对象,其中将2018年1月至2019年12月(微视频教学模式实施前)的护士作为对照组(30名),将2020年1月至2021年12月(微视频教学模式实施后)的护士作为研究组(30名)。其中对照组采用传统的教学模式,研究组采用微视频教学。对比两组的考核成绩(理论知识和护理操作)、患者对护士的工作满意度及教学效果评价。结果与对照组对比,研究组的考核成绩(理论知识、护理操作)明显更高(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,研究组的工作满意度(护理技术、沟通交流、工作态度及健康教育)明显更高(P<0.05)。研究组护士的培训赞成度均达80.00%以上,其中提高学习自主性赞成率为93.33%、学习新知识为96.67%、激发学习兴趣为86.67%、加深操作与理解的掌握为83.33%、顺应现代教学的需求为83.33%。结论采用微视频教学对手术室妇科护士进行培训效果明显,能提高护士考核成绩,并提高教学效果与患者对护士的工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video teaching in the training of gynecological pelvic tumor nurses in the operating room.Methods 60 nurses who received pelvic tumor training in the Department of Gynecology of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 30 nurses from January 2018 to December 2019(before the implementation of micro-video teaching mode)were selected as the control group.Nurses from January 2020 to December 2021(after the implementation of the micro-video teaching mode)were selected as research group(30 participants).The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the study group adopted micro-video teaching.The assessment results(theoretical knowledge and nursing operation),patients'job satisfaction and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores(theoretical knowledge,nursing operation)of the research group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the work satisfaction(nursing sklls,communication,work attitude and health education)of the research group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The support degree of training of nurses in the research group reached more than 80.00%,among which the support rate of improving learning autonomy was 93.33%,learning new knowledge was 96.67%,arousing learning interest was 86.67%,deepening the mastery of operation and understanding was 83.33%,and adapting to the needs of modern teaching was 83.33%.Conclusion The micro-video teaching has an obvious effect on the training of gynecological nurses in the operating room,which can improve the examination results of nurses,and improve the teaching effect and patients'satisfaction with nurses'work.
