细胞学涂片联合快速冷冻切片检查诊断卵巢肿瘤的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨细胞学涂片联合快速冷冻切片检查诊断卵巢肿瘤的应用价值。方法 选取60例卵巢肿瘤患者,分别对病理标本进行细胞学涂片、快速冷冻切片及联合检查。以石蜡切片诊断结果为金标准,比较单一检查及联合检查的诊断价值。结果 联合检查的敏感度(97.78%)、准确率(98.33%)高于细胞学涂片(84.44%、88.33%)及快速冷冻切片(77.78%、83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查的肿瘤诊断符合率高于细胞学涂片、快速冷冻切片(P<0.05)。细胞学涂片检查时长短于快速冷冻切片(P<0.05)。结论 细胞学涂片联合快速冷冻切片检查对卵巢肿瘤的诊断效果更好,可提高病理诊断准确率,为临床治疗方案提供可靠依据,值得推广。Objective To Exploring the application value of cytological smear combined with rapid frozen section examination in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian tumors were selected and their pathological specimens were subjected to cytological smears,rapid frozen sections,and combined examinations.Using the diagnostic results of paraffin sections as the gold standard,compare the diagnostic value of single examination and combined examination.Results The sensitivity(97.78%)and accuracy(98.33%)of the combined examination were higher than those of cytological smears(84.44%,88.33%)and rapid frozen sections(77.78%,83.33%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined examination for tumors was higher than that of cytological smears and rapid frozen sections(P<0.05).The duration of cytological smear examination was longer than that of rapid frozen sections(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cytological smear and rapid frozen section examination has a better diagnostic effect on ovarian tumors,can improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis,provide reliable basis for clinical treatment plans,and is worth promoting.
