摘 要:针对富水地层中掘进过程常出现的管片上浮问题,依托南昌地铁4号线某区间穿江隧道工程,通过数值模拟的手段探究隧道埋深及浆液性能对管片上浮影响规律。研究结果表明:盾构隧道埋深对管片上浮影响较大,当埋深越大时管片发生的上浮量越小,且管片上浮量随埋深呈现显著的线性关系;随着浆液凝结时间的缩短,管片上浮量会随之减小;随着浆液弹性模量的增大,管片上浮量会随之减小。研究结论可为类似工程提供管片上浮控制依据。In view of the segment floating problem often occurred in the process of tunneling in the rich water stratum,relying on the river crossing tunnel project of Nanchang Metro Line 4,the influence law of the buried depth of the tunnel and the slurry performance on the segment floating is explored by means of numerical simulation.The results show that:the buried depth of shield tunnel has a great influence on the segment floating.When the buried depth is larger,the segment floating amount is smaller,and the segment floating amount shows a significant linear relationship with the buried depth;With the shortening of the slurry setting time,the floating amount of the segment will decrease;With the increase of the elastic modulus of the slurry,the floating amount of the segment will decrease.The research results can provide the basis for the control of segment floating for similar projects.
