摘 要:基于三角形纸基质和一次性移液器枪头建立了管内纸喷雾电离源(paper in tube spray ionization,PITSI),并与三重四级杆质谱联用,用于牛奶中农药残留的快速定量分析。相比于传统的纸喷雾电离源,管内纸喷雾电离源具有喷雾时间延长、稳定性好、灵敏度高等特点,与质谱相联用可对牛奶中双苯酰草胺进行很好的定量分析,在浓度为0.1~1000 ng·mL^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.99),最低检出限可达0.046 ng·mL^(-1)。由于建立的管内纸喷雾电离源-质谱分析方法具有操作简单、成本低廉、分析灵敏度高等特点,为食品中农药残留的快速分析提供了新选择。Paper in-tube spray ionization source was established by coupling the based on triangular paper matrix and disposable pipette tip,which was used in combination with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry analysis for rapid quantitative analysis of pesticide residues in milk.Compared with the traditional paper spray ionization source,paper in tube spray ionization source has the characteristics of prolonged spray time,good stability and high sensitivity.Using in-tube paper spray ionization source-mass spectrometry to quantitatively analyze benzeneacetamide in milk,the linear relationship is well([WT5"BX]R 2>0.99),the linear range and the limit of detection(LOD)were 0.1~1000 ng·mL^(-1) and 0.046 ng·mL^(-1).This method has the advantages of low cost,simple operation,high precision and good stability,and provides a new options for rapid analysis of pesticide residues in food.
