改良腮腺切除术和传统腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤的疗效对比及对面神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺肿瘤患者采用改良腮腺切除术和传统腮腺切除术治疗的临床效果,以及对患者面神经功能的临床影响。方法回顾性分析2018年4月—2021年4月期间南平市第二医院口腔科收治的100例腮腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据其采用的手术方式进行分组,对照组(50例)采用传统腮腺切除术,观察组(50例)采用改良腮腺切除术,就两组的临床疗效、面部神经功能和生活质量进行对比。结果观察组的临床疗效为96.00%高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的Sunnybrook面神经评定量表(SFGS)评分均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腮腺肿瘤患者而言,与传统腮腺切除术相比,改良腮腺切除术的治疗效果更显著,在改善患者的面神经功能、提高患者的生活质量上均有显著作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of modified parotid excision and traditional parotid excision on facial nerve function in patients with parotid gland tumor.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients with parotid gland tumors admitted to the Stomatology Department of Nanping Second Hospital from April 2018 to April 2021.They were grouped according to the surgical methods used.The control group(50 cases)was treated with traditional parotidectomy,and the observation group(50 cases)was treated with modified parotidectomy.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).After treatment,the Sunnybrook Facial Nerve Rating Scale(SFGS)scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with parotid tumors,compared with traditional parotid excision,modified parotid excision has a more significant therapeutic effect,which can improve the facial nerve function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
