摘  要:磨削是中密度纤维板加工过程中必不可少的工序,在保持工件具有较高表面质量的前提下,对中密度纤维板厚度尺寸进行精确加工。当前有关木质材料磨削技术方面研究不充分,针对人造板砂带磨削的研究成果更少。在实际生产过程中,对于砂带寿命的判断只能通过经验完成,砂带寿命评价系统尚不完善。通过中密度纤维板磨削实验,探究了定组态砂带磨削材料去除率、砂带质量损失规律和磨削效率,采用灰色模型预测了定组态砂带材料去除率与磨削次数之间的关系。磨削过程中,定组态砂带的材料去除率呈现先快速、后平稳的下降趋势,砂带质量损失率基本呈线性下降趋势。建立的GM(1,1)灰色预测模型平均误差为14.2%,适用于定向组织调控砂带在MDF磨削过程中的预测。Sanding is an essential process in the processing of medium density fiberboard(MDF),which can be processed on the premise of keeping the workpiece with good surface quality.At present,the research foundation on the sanding technology of wooden materials is insufficient.There are very few research results on the abrasive belt sanding of wood-based panels.In the actual production process,the judgment of abrasive belt life can only be completed by experience,and the evaluation system of life is not perfect.In this research,the material removal rate,mass loss rate of belt and sanding efficiency of Precision-shaped abrasive belt were investigated by sanding experiments of MDF,In addition,the grey model was used to predict the relationship between material removal rate and sanding times of Precision-shaped abrasive belt.During sanding process,the material removal rate was showed a rapid downward trend at first and then a stable downward trend,and the mass loss rate ofabrasive belt basically showed a linear downward trend.In this research,the relative error of predictive average simulation using grey model mean GM(1,1)is 14.2%,which could meet the requirement of predicting and judging the abrasive belt life of MDF,so it is suitable for predicting of Precision-shaped abrasive belt life in the MDF sanding process.
