摘　　要：板边插头(金手指)板封装后,通常与有连接器的封装板配合使用,其使用过程中需要插拔安装。从实际生产案列出发,介绍一种金手指前端呈斜坡状阶梯铜的制作方法。此类设计可在一定程度上改善印制电路板(PCB)板边插头难以插入连接器的情况,减少插头前端磨损,提高连接器簧片使用寿命。The edge-board contact(gold finger)board is usually used together with the package board with connectors after encapsulation,and there is plug and remove installation in the use process.Starting from the actual production case,this paper introduces a manufacturing method of slope stepped copper at the front end of gold finger.This kind of design can improve the situation which is difficult for the PCB side plug to be inserted into the connector to a certain extent,and can reduce the wear of the front end of the golden finger,and improve the service life of the connector reed.
