摘  要:搬运手孔是影响瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的重要因素。以同一规格的瓦楞纸箱为研究对象,在单因素试验的基础上进行L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验,优化了搬运手孔形状、大小、和位置的参数,探讨不同搬运手孔形状、大小、位置对瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的影响。结果表明:各因素对瓦楞纸箱强度的影响次序为搬运手孔位置>搬运手孔形状>搬运手孔大小,瓦楞纸箱搬运手孔最佳条件为:开孔位置位于箱宽度侧面几何中心(0.0)处,开孔大小为96 mm×40 mm,开孔形状为半圆形(半径为48 mm),此时瓦楞纸箱抗压强度达到最大值1 842.7 N。可为瓦楞纸箱的设计和生产提供一定的参考。Handling hole is an important factor affecting the compressive strength of corrugated box.The same specification corrugated boxes were taken as the research object,based on the single factor test,L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test were used to optimize the parameters of shape,size and position of handing holes,influence of different shape,size and position of handing holes on the compressive strength of corrugated boxes were discussed.The results showed that the order of influence of each factor on the strength of corrugated box was position>shape>size.The best condition of the handing hole of corrugated boxes was that the opening position located at the geometric center of the side of the box width(0.0),the size of the opening was 96 mm×40 mm,and the shape of the opening was semi-circular(the radius is 48 mm).Then the compressive strength of the corrugated box reached the maximum value of 1842.7N.Some reference could be provided for the design and production of corrugated box.
