摘 要:劳动美学引导高校劳动教育本质价值复归,是对劳动教育本质的重新诠释与探索。基于马克思的劳动美学观,劳动创造美、劳动与审美相统一。当前,高校应将劳动美学融入劳动教育。从审美角度出发,劳动本身具有愉悦性、直觉性、情感性。劳动美学融入劳动教育能够帮助大学生夯实劳动信念、引导大学生弘扬奋斗精神、坚定大学生的“中国梦”。高校将劳动美学融入劳动教育一要尊重劳动美学导向地位,要明晰劳动美学的教育定位,要融创劳动教育的美学内容。通过培养大学生的劳动审美意识和能力可以更好地提升劳动教育的成效。Labor aesthetics guides the return of the essential value of labor education in universities,which is a reinterpretation and exploration of the essence of labor education.Based on Marx's labor aesthetics,labor creates beauty,and labor and aesthetics are unified.At present,universities should integrate labor aesthetics into labor education.From the aesthetic point of view,labor itself has pleasure,intuition and emotion.The integration of labor aesthetics into labor education can help college students consolidate their labor beliefs,guide them to carry forward their spirit of struggling and strengthen their“China dream”.To integrate labor aesthetics into labor education in universities,it is necessary to respect the guiding position of labor aesthetics,clarify its educational orientation,and integrate the aesthetic content of labor education.By cultivating college students'labor aesthetic consciousness and ability,the effect of labor education can be better improved.
