摘  要:目的探讨激活转录因子2(ATF2)、胱天蛋白酶9(caspase 9)在结直肠癌(CRC)、结直肠腺瘤(CRA)中的表达及意义。方法收集50例CRC患者的CRC组织及对应癌旁组织(距离病灶边缘10 cm以上)、30例CRA患者的CRA组织。采用免疫组化法检测不同组织中ATF2、caspase 9的表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系及二者的相关性。结果CRC组织中ATF2、caspase 9阳性表达率均低于CRA组织和癌旁组织,CRA组织中caspase 9阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。浸润深度为肌层以内、TNM分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移CRC患者CRC组织中ATF2阳性表达率分别高于浸润深度为浆膜及浆膜外、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);分化程度为高分化、TNM分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移CRC患者CRC组织中caspase 9阳性表达率分别高于分化程度为中+低分化、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,CRC组织中ATF2与caspase 9的表达呈正相关(r=0.418,P=0.003)。结论ATF2和caspase 9与CRA、CRC的发生和发展有关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of activating transcription factor 2(ATF2)and caspase 9 in colorectal cancer(CRC)and colorectal adenoma(CRA).Method A total of 50 cases of CRC and corresponding paracancerous tissues(>10 cm from the tumor margin)and 30 cases of CRA tissues were collected.The expressions of ATF2 and caspase 9 in different tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,their relationship with the clinical features and the correlation of ATF2 with caspase 9 were analyzed.Result The positive expression rates of ATF2 and caspase 9 in CRC tissues were lower than those in CRA and paracancerous tissues,and the positive expression rate of caspase 9 in CRA tissues was lower than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of ATF2 in CRC tissues of CRC patients with tumor invasion within the muscularis propria,TNM I+II stages and without lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with plasma membrane and extraplasma membrane invasion,TNM III+IV stages and with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of caspase 9 in CRC tissues of CRC patients with high differentiation,TNM I+II stages and without lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with moderate+low differentiation,TNM III+IV stages and with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the expression of ATF2 and caspase 9 in CRC tissues was positively correlated(r=0.418,P=0.003).Conclusion ATF2 and caspase 9 are associated with the occurrence and development of CRA and CRC.
