摘　　要：胶质淋巴系统存在于中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)中,对于去除大脑内潜在有害代谢废物具有重要作用,与多种神经系统疾病密切相关。它的发现解答了临床中许多疑问,为神经系统相关疾病的治疗开辟了新的途径。而血管周围间隙(PVS)作为胶质淋巴系统结构的重要组成部分,它的精准解剖结构也一直存在争议。本文通过回顾PVS解剖结构,胶质淋巴系统的结构和功能,以及胶质淋巴系统在多种神经系统疾病的病理生理过程中的作用,为今后临床工作提供借鉴意义。The glymphatic system which exists in the central nervous system,plays an important role in remo-ving potentially harmful metabolic wastes from the brain and is closely related to various of nervous system diseases.Its discovery has answered many clinical questions and opened up new avenues for the treatment of nervous system-related diseases.However,the precise anatomical structure of the perivascular space,which is an important part of the glymphatic system,has also been controversial.This paper aims to provide the referential value for the future clinical work by reviewing the anatomical structure of PVS,the structure and function of the glymphatic system,and the role of the glymphatic system in the pathophysiological process of various neurological diseases.
