摘　　要：目的分析经乳晕切口真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法方便选取贵州省人民医院2020年3月—2022年4月期间收治的84例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,参照组(n=42)采取经乳晕旁切口乳腺肿瘤切除术治疗;研究组(n=42)实施经乳晕切口真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗。对比两组手术治疗相关指标、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果研究组患者术中出血量少于参照组,切口长度短于参照组,手术治疗时间、切口愈合时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症总发生率为4.76%,较参照组的16.67%低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者总满意度为92.86%,高于参照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者实施经乳晕切口真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗,能有效缩短相关手术治疗时间、切口长度及减少术中出血量等,利于改善预后,增强术后美感,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transareolar incision vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods 84 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,divide into two groups using the random number table method,the reference group(n=42)underwent breast tumor resection through paraareolar incision.The study group(n=42)was treated with vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system through the areola incision.The surgical treatment-related indicators,incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss during operation in the study group was less than that in the reference group,the incision length was shorter than that in the reference group,and the operation time and incision healing time were shorter than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of related complications in the study group was 4.76%,which was lower than 16.67%in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 92.86%,which was higher than 80.95%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system through the areola incision for patients with benign breast tumors can effectively shorten the relevant surgical treatment time,incision length,and reduce intraoperative bleeding,which is beneficial to improve the prognosis,enhance the aesthetic feeling after surgery,and have high patients satisfaction.
