平肝潜阳穴位贴敷+天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型头痛患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析予以肝阳上亢型头痛患者平肝潜阳法穴位贴敷+天麻钩藤饮治疗的临床效果。方法便利选取2019年5月—2021年12月邳州市中医院收治的肝阳上亢型头痛患者67例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(33例,予以天麻钩藤饮治疗)、观察组(34例,予以平肝潜阳法穴位贴敷+天麻钩藤饮治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、头痛症状评分及中医症候积分。结果观察组有效率(97.06%)较对照组(75.76%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组头痛症状评分、中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周后,观察组头痛症状评分、中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以肝阳上亢型头痛患者平肝潜阳法穴位贴敷+天麻钩藤饮治疗效果显著,可改善患者病症,促进其预后恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Pinggan Qianyang acupoint application+Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of headache patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type.Methods 67 patients with liver yang hyperactivity type headache admitted to Pizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(33 cases treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin)and an observation group(34 cases treated with Pinggan Qianyang acupoint application and Tianma Gouteng Yin)based on a random number table method.Compared the clinical efficacy,headache symptom scores,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in headache symptom scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one week of treatment,the headache symptom score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type headache can be treated with Pinggan Qianyang acupoint application+Tianma Gouteng decoction,and it is effective in improving patients'symptoms and promoting their prognosis and recovery,and it is worth promoting.
