摘　　要：劳动教育在高等职业教育中具有较大的权重,劳动对促进高等职业教育的成效具有巨大的能量。以江苏工程职业技术学院的智能制造专业群为例,论述了劳动赋能高职教育的价值属性、总体目标和基本路径。通过构建智能制造专业群“平台+方向+拓展”课程体系,建设工程实践与创新实践平台,搭建创新型人才培养平台,建设一支高水平“双师双能”教学团队,打造“互联网+”高职课堂,实施教学诊改等一系列措施优化智能制造专业群人才培养模式,培育智能制造行业高素质技术技能人才。Labor education has a significant weight in higher vocational education,and labor has great energy to promote the effectiveness of higher vocational education.Taking the intelligent manufacturing professional group of Jiangsu Engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the value attribute,overall goal and basic path of labor empowerment for higher vocational education.The training mode of intelligent manufacturing professional group will be optimized and high-quality technical talents in intelligent manufacturing industry will be cultivated by a series of measures:building the“platform+direction+expansion”course system of intelligent manufacturing professional group,constructing the engineering practice and innovation practice platform,building an innovative talent training platform,building a high-level teaching team of“double-qualified teachers with double abilities”,and building“Internet”higher vocational classes and implementing teaching reform.
