摘 要:在我国大力发展职业教育的趋势下,开放大学必须大力推进“双师型”师资队伍建设。通过对部分院校调研和梳理相关研究发现,开放大学在“双师”素质队伍的建设上仍需要克服一些阻碍因素,如“双师”建设“侧重形式、轻实质”“双师”素质的教师与教学需求仍有差距、“双师型”的培养方式单一,以及职称结构、生源变化等因素不利于教师追求“双师”素质等问题。当前开放大学应进一步加强对“双师型”师资队伍的重视力度、多元化推进建设工作、完善长效激励机制,打造高水平“双师”队伍,以实现开放教育高质量内涵式发展。Under the trend of vigorously developing vocational education in China,open universities must vigorously promote the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.Through the investigation of some colleges and universities and sorting out relevant research,it is found that there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome in the construction of the“double-qualified”teachers in open universities,such as the“double-qualified”construction which focuses on the form and ignores the essence,the gap between the“double-qualified”teachers and teaching needs,the single mode of“double-qualified”training,and the structure of professional titles,the change of student sources and other factors that are not conducive to the pursuit of the“double-qualified”teachers,etc.At present,we should further strengthen the attention to the“double-qualified”teachers,diversify the construction,improve the long-term incentive mechanism,build a high-level“double-qualified”team,and realize the high-quality connotation development of open education.
