摘　　要：面对国内日益严峻的老龄化形势及养老设施“社区化”和“综合化”的趋势,文章首先介绍了国内外社区综合性养老设施的实践趋势,总结了上海市关于社区养老设施的政策导向及建设现状。在此基础上,基于相关建设标准的研究和案例调研,提出了“社区养老综合体”的建筑模型,并对此类设施的配建规模、功能配置、空间组织模式等提出了设计建议,希望为上海乃至全国的养老设施设计和开发提供一些参考,同时也让相关社会工作者对社区养老设施建筑空间的使用方式产生更深刻的理解。Facing the increasingly severe aging situation in China and the trend of“communization”and“integration”of elderly care facilities,this paper first introduces the practice trends of community-based comprehensive elderly-care facilities at home and abroad,and summarizes the policy guidance of Shanghai on the community elderly-care facilities and its current construction situation.Additionally,based on the relevant construction standards and case studies,the paper puts forward the architecture model of“community complex for the elders”,and proposes some design suggestions on the scale of construction,functional configuration,spatial organization mode,etc.of such facilities.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the design and development of elderly care facilities in Shanghai and even the whole country,and at the same time allow relevant social workers to have a deeper understanding on the use of the space in elderly-carefacilities.
