摘  要:随着行业形势的不断变化及三孩生育政策的开放,儿童消费市场的潜力不断扩大。据中国儿童产业中心的数据报道,80%的家庭中儿童支出占据了家庭总支出的30%~50%,其中2017年儿童消费市场规模已经达到4.5万亿元,其中儿童餐厅虽仅占比0.2%,但销售额却近90亿元。儿童餐饮行业已成为市场红利区。但是大多数儿童餐饮企业对于儿童消费群体的调研并不全面,致使众多儿童餐饮空间中的环境设计出现了不符合儿童审美喜好、智力培养和思维成长指导性功能不足等问题。在以上社会背景下,通过研究儿童的心理知觉能力和儿童餐饮空间应该具备的环境要素来归纳整理儿童餐饮空间的环境设计方式。With the continuous change of industry form and the opening up of the three-child policy,the potential of children's consumption market is expanding.According to the data report of China children's industry center,children's expenditure in 80%of households accounts for 30%~50%of the total household expenditure.In 2017,the scale of children's consumption market has reached 4.5 trillion yuan,of which children's restaurant accounts for only 0.2%,but the sales are nearly 9 billion yuan.Children's catering industry has become a market bonus area.However,most children's catering enterprises do not conduct comprehensive research on children's consumer groups,resulting in many problems,such as the environmental design in many children's catering spaces being not in line with children's aesthetic preferences,insufficient guiding functions of intelligence training and thinking growth.Under the above social background,the environmental design methods of children's catering space are summarized by studying children's psychological perception ability and the environmental elements that children's catering space should have.
