摘  要:为了满足用户的需求,比较了生物质石墨烯纤维与几种常见纤维的性能,优化了生物质石墨烯纤维纺纱和织造的生产工艺流程,探讨了生物质石墨烯纤维功能性服装材料在生产过程中各工序的关键技术。根据生物质石墨烯纤维原料的特性,合理配置纺纱工序、准备工序和织造工序具体工艺参数,开发出GR/JC(80/20)12.8×12.8402.4×401.563″直贡锻功能性服装面料,质量达到一等品要求,填补了市场空白。In order to meet the needs of users,the performance of biomass graphene fiber was compared with several common fibers,and the production process flow of biomass graphene fiber spinning and weaving was optimized.The key technologies in each process of biomass graphene fiber functional clothing material production were discussed.According to the characteristics of biomass graphene fiber raw materials,the specific process parameters of spinning process,preparation process and weaving process were reasonably configured,and GR/JC(80/20)12.8×12.8402.4×401.563"straight pay forging functional garment fabric was developed.The quality met the requirements of first-class products and filled the gap in the market.
