国际化职业培训体系构建研究——以澜湄职业教育合作为例

摘　　要：构建国际化职业培训体系是建设现代化职业教育体系、健全对外教育援助机制和服务国家周边外交战略、促进国际减贫的重要内容。对此,以澜湄职业教育合作为例,提出构建“一体两翼四轮驱动”的国际化职业培训体系,即以打造一流国际职业培训为主体,以构建“国内国际双循环”的办学格局和“校政企协研结合”搭建的培训平台为两翼,以模块化课程设置、定制化教材开发、多元化师资配备、需求导向化教学实施为四轮驱动。Building an international vocational training system is an important part of building a modern vocational education system,improving the country's foreign education assistance mechanism,serving the country's neighboring diplomatic strategy,and promoting international poverty reduction.In this regard,taking Lancang-Mekong vocational education cooperation as an example,it proposes to build an international vocational training system of"one body,two wings and four wheels",that is,to build a first-class international vocational training as the main body,to build a school-running pattern of"domestic and international dual circulation"and"combination of school,government and enterprise cooperation and research"as the two wings.The four-wheel drive is based on modular curriculum setting,customized textbook development,diversified teacher allocation,and demand-oriented teaching implementation.
