摘  要:目的探讨化疗对乳腺癌患者T细胞亚群的影响,分析不同化疗方案对乳腺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2022年7月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院乳腺甲状腺外科经病理学诊断的乳腺癌患者62例(观察组),收集患者的一般信息、化疗前后机体免疫检测报告等;选取同期73名健康女性作为对照组。比较乳腺癌患者不同化疗方案前后机体免疫检测指标。采用SPSS统计学软件分析T细胞亚群数量及百分比。结果与化疗前相比,化疗方案AC方案(吡柔比星、环磷酰胺)4周期、TAC方案(多西他赛、吡柔比星加环磷酰胺)6周期、AC-T方案(吡柔比星、环磷酰胺加多西他赛)8周期化疗后,3组患者总淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群数量普遍降低;总淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞百分比降低;CD3^(+)T细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞、NK细胞、NKT细胞百分比升高。结论化疗可激活机体免疫中的抗肿瘤成分。Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on T cell subsets in patients with breast cancer,and analyze the effect of different chemotherapy regimens on T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer.Methods From November 2020 to July 2022,a total of 62 patients with breast cancer diagnosed pathologically in the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected(the observation group),and the general information of the patients and the body immune test reports before and after chemotherapy were collected.A total of 73 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group.The immune indexes of the breast cancer patients before and after different chemotherapy regimens were compared.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the number and percentage of T cell subsets.Results Compared with those before chemotherapy,after four cycles of AC chemotherapy(pirarubicin,cyclophosphamide),six cycles of TAC chemotherapy(doxetaxel,pirarubicin and cyclophosphamide),and eight cycles of AC-T chemotherapy(pirarubicin,cyclophosphamide and doxetaxel),the number of total lymphocytes and T lymphocyte subsets in the three groups decreased generally.The percentage of total lymphocytes and CD4^(+)T cells decreased.The percentage of CD3^(+)T cells,CD8^(+)T cells,natural killer(NK)cells and NKT cells increased.Conclusion Chemotherapy can activate anti-tumor components in body immunity.
