摘 要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是代谢综合征的肝脏表现,随着对肠道菌群的深入研究,肠道微生物及其代谢产物通过肠-肝轴成为调节肝脏生理的关键因子。肠道菌群分解色氨酸产生吲哚类代谢物,对肠道屏障功能、肝脏糖脂代谢和炎症反应等有着深远影响。本文就吲哚及其衍生物产生和代谢途径,其如何维护肠道稳态间接产生拮抗NAFLD作用,以及通过肠-肝轴到达肝脏直接产生抗炎和抗脂肪沉积作用的研究进展进行综述。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome,and with the intensive study of the intestinal flora,intestinal microorganisms,and their metabolites have become key factors in regulating liver physiology through the gut-liver axis.The catabolism of tryptophan by intestinal flora to produce indole metabolites has profound effects on intestinal barrier function,hepatic glycolipid metabolism,and inflammatory response.This article reviews the progress of research on the production and metabolic pathways of indoles and their derivatives,how they maintain intestinal homeostasis play antagonistic effects against NAFLD,and how they reach the liver through the gut-liver axis to directly play anti-inflammatory and anti-fat deposition effects.
