涂氟联合口腔健康教育预防儿童龋齿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析涂氟联合口腔健康教育预防儿童龋齿的效果。方法:于2020年12月—2022年12月将上海莘庄镇符合纳入标准的1200例3岁在园儿童分成对照组、口腔健康教育组、涂氟组和涂氟联合口腔健康教育组4组,每组300例。对照组中男性180例,女性120例;口腔健康教育中组男性176例,女性124例;涂氟组中男性139例,女性161例;涂氟联合口腔健康教育组中男性147例,女性153例。比较4组的龋齿发生情况、龋齿指标、口腔知识掌握情况和生活质量。结果:涂氟联合口腔健康教育组儿童龋齿发生率与龋齿指标显著低于其余3组,口腔知识掌握程度、生活质量评分则明显高于另外3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童采取牙面涂氟联合口腔健康教育可有效降低其龋齿发生率,效果优于涂氟组。在改善相关指标与生活质量的同时,可帮助儿童和家长有效认识到口腔防护的重要性。Objective:To analyze the effect of fluoride coating combined with oral health education in prevention of dental caries in children.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,a total of 12003-year-old children in kindergartens in Xinzhuang Community who met the inclusion criteria were divided into four groups such as a control group,an oral health education group,a fluoride coating group,and a fluoride coating combined oral health education group with 300 cases in each group.In the control group there were 180 boys and 120 girls;in the oral health education group there were 176 boys and 124 girls;in the fluoride coating group there were 139 boys and 161 girls,and in the fluoride coating combined oral health education group there were 147 boys and 153 girls.The caries incidence,caries indicators,oral knowledge,and quality of life of the four groups were compared.Results:The incidence and indicators of dental caries in children in the fluoride coating combined oral health education group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups,oral knowledge mastery and quality of life score were higher than those in the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining dental surface fluoride coating with oral health education for children can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries,and the effect is better than that in the fluoride coating group.While improving the relevant indicators and quality of life,it is important to help children and their parents to realize the importance of oral protection.
