摘 要:目的:探究不同造模周期对小鼠模型的影响,进一步阐释感燥时长与燥证发病的联系,优化造模周期的选择,全面、合理地评价云南春燥动物模型。方法:复制云南春燥环境的内、外因素作用于实验小鼠,并观测不同实验周期小鼠黏蛋白5ac(mucin 5ac,MUC5ac)、水通道蛋白-5(AQP5)、免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)的变化。结果:7d组模型小鼠MUC5ac浓度较同周期组正常小鼠降低(P>0.05),14d组模型小鼠MUC5ac浓度降低(P<0.05),21d组模型小鼠MUC5ac浓度降低(P>0.05);7d组模型小鼠AQP5浓度升高(P>0.05),14d组模型小鼠AQP5浓度降低(P<0.05),21d组模型小鼠AQP5浓度降低(P>0.05);7d组模型小鼠IgA浓度降低(P<0.05),14d组模型小鼠IgA浓度显著降低(P<0.01),21d组模型小鼠IgA浓度升高(P>0.05);7d组模型小鼠IgG浓度明显升高(P<0.01),14d组模型小鼠IgG浓度显著升高(P<0.01),21d组模型小鼠血清IgG浓度升高(P<0.01)。结论:在不同造模周期下,小鼠MUC5ac、AQP5、IgG、IgA均出现了改变,以14d周期变化最为显著,初步认为14d可作为云南春燥小鼠模型的最佳造模周期。Objective:To explore the effects of different modeling periods on mouse models,further explain the relationship between the duration of dryness and the onset of dryness syndrome,optimize the selection of modeling periods,and comprehensively and reasonably evaluate Yunnan spring dryness animal models.Methods:The internal and external factors of Yunnan spring dryness environment were replicated to act on experimental mice,and the changes of MUC5ac,AQP5,IgA,IgG in mice in different experimental cycles were observed.Results:The concentration of MUC5ac in the model mice of the 7-day group was lower than that in the normal mice of the same period(P>0.05),the concentration of MUC5ac in the model mice of the 14-day group was lower(P<0.05),and the concentration of MUC5ac in the model mice of the 21-day group was lower(P>0.05).The concentration of AQP5 in the 7-day group model mice increased(P>0.05),the concentration of AQP5 in the 14-day group model mice decreased(P<0.05),and the concentration of AQP5 in the 21-day group model mice decreased(P>0.05).The concentration of IgA in the model mice of the 7-day group decreased(P<0.05),the concentration of IgA in the model mice of the 14-day group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the concentration of IgA in the model mice of the 21-day group increased(P>0.05).The concentration of IgG in the model mice of the 7-day group was significantly increased(P<0.01),the concentration of IgG in the model mice of the 14-day group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the concentration of serum IgG in the model mice of the 21-day group was increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:MUC5ac,AQP5,IgG and IgA of mice have changed in different modeling cycles,with the most significant change in the 14 days cycle.It is preliminarily believed that the 14 days cycle can be used as the best modeling cycle of Yunnan spring dryness mouse model.
