长春西部地区13897例体检者幽门螺杆菌抗体分型分析

摘　　要：目的了解长春西部地区体检者幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况及其免疫分型。方法应用免疫印迹法检测2022年1—12月吉林省一汽总医院13897例体检者幽门螺杆菌4种抗体,并依据抗体进行分型,探讨不同性别、年龄的幽门螺杆菌感染及分型情况。结果长春西部地区幽门螺杆菌的感染率为31.06%,幽门螺杆菌Ⅰ型(helicobacter pyloriⅠ,HpⅠ)的感染率显著高于幽门螺杆菌Ⅱ型(helicobacter pyloriⅡ,HpⅡ)(P<0.05)。男女感染性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄组幽门螺杆菌感染存在差异,45~59岁组与≥60岁组感染率高(P<0.05),HpⅠ型感染存在差异,45~59岁组感染率最高(P<0.05),HpⅡ型感染存在差异,≥60岁组感染率最高(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌在人群中感染率高,且以Ⅰ型为主,对Hp的分型检测很有必要,有助于医生对高危型进行根治治疗。Objective To understand the status of Helicobacter pylori infection and its immune typing among physical examination in Western Changchun.Methods Western-blot was used to detect Helicobacter pylori antibody typing in 13897 physical examination from Jilin Province FAW General Hospital from January to December 2022,to explore the status of Helicobacter pylori infection and immune typing in different sexes and ages.Results The infection rate of helicobacter pylori in Western region of Changchun was 31.06%,and the infection rate of Helicobacter pyloriⅠ(HpⅠ)was significantly higher than that of Helicobacter pylori typeⅡ(HpⅡ)(P<0.05).There was no gender difference in infection between men and women(P>0.05).There were differences in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection among different age groups.The infection rate between the 45 to 59 year old group and the≥60 year old group was high(P<0.05),and there is a difference in Hp typeⅠinfection.The infection rate between the 45 to 59 year old group was the highest(P<0.05).There was a difference in Hp typeⅡinfection,and the infection rate between the≥60 year old group is the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori has a high infection rate in the population,and it is mainly typeⅠ,so it is necessary to detect the typing of Hp,which is helpful for doctors to carry out radical treatment for highrisk types.
