摘　　要：目的探讨促红细胞生成素肝细胞(erthropoietin-producing hepatocyte,Eph)B4、低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法选择在我院诊治的非小细胞肺癌78例作为研究对象,取所有肺癌患者的肺癌组织组织标本(肺癌组织组)及其对应的癌旁正常组织(与癌灶距离≧5cm,癌旁组织组),采用免疫组化法检测EphB4、HIF-1α表达阳性,调查患者的病理特征并进行相关性分析。结果肺癌组织组的EphB4、HIF-1α表达阳性率分别为71.8%、17.9%,癌旁组织组分别为28.2%、57.7%,两组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。在78例患者中,不同病理组织分化、T分期、远处转移、病灶最大径患者的EphB4、HIF-1α表达阳性率对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。Spearsman分析显示EphB4、HIF-1α表达阳性率与病理组织分化、T分期、远处转移、病灶最大径都存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织多伴随有EphB4的高表达与HIF-1α的低表达,与患者的病理组织分化、T分期、远处转移、病灶最大径等病理特征存在相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of EphB4 and HIF-1αin non-small cell lung cancer.Method 78 cases of non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.Lung cancer tissue samples(lung cancer tissue group)and their corresponding adjacent normal tissues(distance from the cancer lesion≧5cm,adjacent tissue group)were collected from all patients with lung cancer,and positive expressions of EphB4 and HIF-1αwere detected by immunohistochemical method.The pathological features of the patients were investigated and correlation analysis was performed.Results The positive rates of EphB4 and HIF-1αwere 71.8%and 17.9%in lung cancer tissue group,and 28.2%and 57.7%in paracancer tissue group,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in positive expression rates of EphB4 and HIF-1αin 78 patients with different pathological tissue differentiation,T stage,distant metastasis,and maximum focal size(P<0.05).Spearsman analysis showed that the positive rate of EphB4 and HIF-1αexpression was correlated with histological differentiation,T stage,distant metastasis,and maximum lesion diameter(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of EphB4 and low expression of HIF-1αwere associated with non-small cell lung cancer,which were correlated with pathological characteristics such as histological differentiation,T stage,distant metastasis,and maximum diameter of lesions.
