摘 要:以危险化学品泄漏事故的致灾和演变机理为牵引,分析了危险化学品泄漏事故处置程序。基于集中统一、分级决策的指挥模式,探讨无人机辅助侦察信息对现场总指挥部、前沿指挥部和消防救援站三个指挥层级提供辅助的过程。最后通过实际案例演示无人机的三维地理建模、地理视频融合、多光谱遥感热成像等关键技术在危险化学品泄漏处置中的应用过程。为无人机辅助侦察技术在危险化学品泄漏事故应急处置指挥的应用提供参考。Guided by the catastrophic and evolutionary mechanism of chemical leakage accidents,this article analyzes the disposal procedure of dangerous chemicals leakage.Based on the centralized and hierarchical decision-making command mode,it examines the process of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)providing assistance to the three levels of command,including the on-site general command the front-line command,and the fire services station.Finally,the application process of key technologies such as 3D geographic modeling,geographic video fusion,and multi-spectral remote sensing thermal imaging of UAVs in the leakage disposal of hazardous chemicals was demonstrated through practical cases.This,providing a reference for applying UAVs-assisted detection technology in the disposal command of hazardous chemical leakage accidents.
