摘 要:目的探讨不同浓度的赤藓糖醇对变异链球菌生物膜结构的影响.方法采用激光共聚焦显微镜结合死菌与活菌荧光染色技术,对比不同浓度的赤藓糖醇对变异链球菌生物膜结构的影响.结果随着赤藓糖醇浓度的增加,变异链球菌生物膜各层活菌百分比减少,厚度变薄,细菌密度降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论赤藓糖醇对变异链球菌有抑制作用,作用随浓度增加而增强.Objective To compare the effects of erythritol at different concentrations on the biofilm structure of strepto-coccus mutans.Methods The effects of different concentrations of erythritol on the biofilm structure of streptococcus mutans were compared by CLSM combined with fluorescence staining of dead bacteria and live bacteria.ResultsWith the increase of e-rythritol concentration,the percentage of viable bacteria in each biofilm layer of streptococcus mutans decreased,the thicknessbecame thinner,the bacterial density decreased,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Erythritol has aninhibitory effect on streptococcus mutans,and the effect increases with the increase of erythritol concentration.
