摘 要:目的探讨ARHGAP23在非小细胞肺癌中的表达水平、免疫浸润及预后。方法选取我院86例非小细胞肺癌手术患者,使用免疫组化检测肺癌组织中ARHGAP23的表达情况,分析ARHGAP23的表达与非小细胞肺癌患者生存期的相关性。使用TCGA等数据库和工具对ARHGAP23进行泛癌分析,在基因和蛋白水平、基因状态变化、免疫浸润以及临床预后等方面分析ARHGAP23在肺癌中的发展以及与患者临床预后的作用。结果ARHGAP23高表达组的非小细胞肺癌患者存活率显著升高;非小细胞肺癌组织中ARHGAP23的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期相关。ARHGAP23在肺癌中的表达与成纤维细胞及免疫细胞浸润存在相关性。ARHGAP23高表达组在肺癌的T3分期中预后更好。结论ARHGAP23可能通过影响免疫浸润在非小细胞肺癌患者临床预后中发挥重要作用,并有可能成为肺癌预后的潜在生物标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of ARHGAP23 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),immune invasion,and prognosis.Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing surgery for non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected to detect the expression of ARHGAP23 in lung cancer tissues by immunohistochemistry and to analyze the correlation between the expression of ARHGAP23 and the survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.The TCGA and other databases and tools were used to perform pan-cancer analysis of ARHGAP23,and to analyze the development of ARHGAP23 in lung cancer and its effect on the clinical prognosis of patients in terms of gene and protein levels,changes in gene status,immune infiltration,and clinical prognosis.Results The survival rate of non-small cell lung cancer patients with high expression of ARHGAP23 was significantly increased;The expression of ARHGAP23 in NSCLC was correlated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,and tumor stage.The expression of ARHGAP23 in lung cancer was correlated with the infiltration of fibroblasts and immune cells.The prognosis of the high-expression group of ARHGAP23 was better in the T3 stage of lung cancer.Conclusion ARHGAP23 may play an important role in the clinical prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer patients through immune infiltration,and may become a potential biomarker of lung cancer prognosis.
