摘 要:为提高高速永磁同步电机转速辨识精度,采用负载注入高基频位置重构辨识策略,负载学习链动态预测补偿设计方法,构建了位置观测器增益矩阵和负载学习轨迹,提出负载-转速-转矩三闭环复合FOC矢量控制技术。采用该技术后,实际测试机组在全速域转速误差控制在30 r/min以内,提高了观测器的估算精度和高精度动态控制能力,保证了气悬浮压缩机空调系统的高速运行、高效调温、除湿性能。To improve the speed identification accuracy of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,a load injection high fundamental frequency position reconstruction identification strategy and a load learning chain dynamic prediction compensation design method were adopted.The position observer gain matrix and load learning trajectory were constructed,and a load speed torque three closed-loop composite FOC vector control technology was proposed.After adopting the technology,the actual testing unit′s speed error in the full speed range was controlled within 30 r/min,improving the estimation accuracy and high-precision dynamic control ability of the observer,ensuring the high-speed operation,efficient temperature regulation and dehumidification performance of the air suspension compressor air conditioning system.
