木醋液抑菌洗洁精的制备及其抑菌效果评价

摘　　要：以木醋液为主要成分,制备了一种具有抑菌作用的洗洁精,评价了其抑菌效果。处方主要成分有木醋液、茶树油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,以及去离子水,采用抑菌圈试验考察该组合物的抑菌效果。结果显示,木醋液对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌质量分数在5%~20%之间,且抑制作用具有浓度依赖性。为保证抑菌效果,最终确定组合物中有效成分木醋液的质量分数为10%。结果表明,木醋液洗洁精对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制作用,属于安全无毒无污染的洗洁精产品,有助于加强食品安全,保护饮食环境健康卫生,具有广阔的应用前景。To prepare a safe and effective cleanser essence with pyroligneous acid as the main active component.The main ingredients were pyroligneous acid,tea tree oil,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and deionized water.The bacteriostatic effect was investigated by bacteriostatic zone test.The minimum inhibitory concentration of pyroligneous acid to Staphylococcus aureus was 10-30%and the inhibitory effect was concentration-dependent.In order to ensure the bacteriostatic effect,the content of pyroligneous acid was determined to be 10%.Pyroligneous acid cleanser essence has a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,which helps to strengthen food safety and protect the health of diet environment,and has a broad application prospect.
