四苯硼钠沉淀法测定五种香蕉干中的钾含量

摘　　要：以苹果蕉、红皮美人蕉、天宝蕉、芭蕉、皇帝蕉等5个品种香蕉为研究对象,将其烘干灰化后进行硫酸-双氧水消煮,在碱性环境中溶液与四苯硼钠反应生成四苯硼钾白色沉淀,根据沉淀质量计算出不同品种的香蕉干中的钾含量并比较。结果表明,5个品种的香蕉干含钾量具有一定差异,含量大小依次为:皇帝蕉>天宝蕉>苹果蕉>红皮美人蕉>芭蕉,实验中皇帝蕉试样的平均钾最高质量分数为1.9101%,芭蕉试样的平均钾质量分数最低为1.0134%,二者间相差0.8967%。In this study,five varieties of banana,such as the Apple banana,Red skin canna,Tianbao banana,Plantain and the Emperor banana are studied.After the bananas are dried and ash,they are boiled with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide,the solution reacts with sodium tetraphenobarb in alkaline environment to form potassium tetraphenobarb white precipitate,the potassium content in dried bananas of different varieties was calculated and compared according to the precipitation quality.The results show that the dry potassium content of the five varieties of bananas has a certain difference,and the content is in the order of the Emperor banana>Tianbao banana>Apple banana>Red skin canna>Plantain.In the experiment,the average potassium content of the Emperor banana sample is the highest 1.9101%,and the average potassium content of the banana sample is the lowest 1.0134%,the difference between them is 0.8967%.
