摘 要:AHNAK是一种巨型支架蛋白,分子量约为700 kDa,AHNAK可以通过蛋白质-蛋白质的相互作用介导一系列的生理活动,包括维持心脏相关钙通道的平衡、脂肪细胞的分化、膜结构构成与修复等。本文就近年来AHNAK生物学特性、功能以及AHNAK涉及的相关疾病,如AHNAK在心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤等疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期全面地理解和探索AHNAK的特性及在疾病中发挥的作用,这将有助于阐明AHNAK的功能及为相关疾病的转化研究提供理论依据。AHNAK is a giant scaffold protein with a molecular weight of about 700 kDa.Previous studies have found that AHNAK can mediate a series of physiological activities through protein-protein interactions,including the regulation of cardiac calcium homeostasis,adipocyte differentiation,the formation and repair of the membrane structure,etc.In this article,recent advances in the biological characteristics and functions of AHNAK,as well as the related diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,metabolic diseases and tumors,are reviewed,aiming to comprehensively explore and understand the characteristics of AHNAK and its role in associated diseases,which will help to clarify the function of AHNAK and provide theoretical basis for its translational research in diseases.
