摘  要:为了解决现有摇架检测平台精度低、效率低、互换性差的问题,介绍摇架的质量要求和检测方法要求;从设计原则、设计依据、结构及工作原理等方面制定摇架综合检验平台设计方案;详述该平台支承元件、动力及传动部件、检测部件的设计要点;通过检测摇架平行度、测定加压压力偏差和卸压力,说明该平台使用方法。指出:摇架综合检验平台采用大范围伺服调速电机,利用传感器和控制器,通过机械部分的柔性设计,实现摇架主要质量参数的同平台检测,使摇架检测的通用性、综合性、高效性和准确性得到提升。In order to solve the problems of low precision,low efficiency and poor interchangeability of the existing testing platform of cradle,the quality requirements and testing method requirements of cradle are introduced.The design scheme of comprehensive inspection platform is developed from the design principle,design basis,structure and working principle;the key points of design of supporting components,power and transmission components,and testing components of the platform are described in detail.The use method of the platform is explained by detecting the parallelism of cradle,measuring the pressure deviation and unloading pressure.It is pointed out that the comprehensive inspection platform of cradle adopts a wide range of servo speed regulating motor,using sensors and controllers,and through the flexible design of the mechanical part,the main quality parameters of the cradle can be tested on the same platform,so that the universality,comprehensiveness,efficiency and accuracy of the cradle test can be improved.
