摘　　要：中华中医药学会中药临床药师规范化培训是目前中药临床药师培养的重要途径。中药临床药师通科专业培训学员在心血管内科轮转学习时间短、学习任务重,通过强化对医学理论知识的学习、建立临床药师工作规范、强化实践交流等措施,加强学员对心血管疾病临床表现和治疗原理的理解,为学员在临床长期学习、独立开展中药临床药学服务奠定基础。The standardized training of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists by the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine is currently an important pathway for cultivating competent clinical pharmacists in the field of Chinese medicine.General clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine have a short duration and heavy learning tasks during their rotation in the cardiovascular department.Through measures such as strengthening the study of medical theory knowledge,establishing working standards for clinical pharmacists,and enhancing practical communication,the trainees understanding of clinical manifestations and treatment principles of cardiovascular diseases is strengthened,laying a foundation for their long-term clinical learning and independent provision of clinical pharmaceutical services in the field of Chinese medicine.
