摘 要:纺织服装企业供应链运营就如黑洞,存在市场需求不稳定、供应链上下游企业合作变动大、数据信息共享少和例外管理缺乏机制等问题,最终导致销售阻滞和库存积压。基于CPFR思想指出纺织服装业供应链库存优化的关键因素,最后提出建立纺织服装业供应链战略联盟、搭建数字一体化平台、精准协同预测及及时协同例外管理等对策可以有效降低库存,提高供应链服务效率。The supply chain operation of textile and garment enterprises is like a black hole with some problems such as unstable market demand,fluctuating changes in cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,lack of data and information sharing,and lack of mechanism for exception management,which ultimately lead to sales retardation and inventory backlog.Based on the CPFR thought,the paper points out the key factors for the optimization of supply chain inventory in the textile and garment industry.Finally,it proposes to establish a strategic alliance for the supply chain of textile and garment industry,build a digital integration platform,actualize collaborative forecasting and timely collaborate exception management,to effectively reduce inventory and improve supply chain service efficiency.
