摘  要:为解决无人船投入商用的适航问题,通过对无人船自身特点的分析,总结无人船在船体范围、适航时间等方面与当前适航标准存在的冲突,并从适航制度的本意出发,结合无人船的技术特征,提出应构建无人船法律体系与岸基操控人员培养体系,将岸基操控中心纳入适航考量范围等对策,以解决无人船的适航冲突,为后续研究提供相应参考。To solve the issue of seaworthiness in the commercial application of maritime autonomous surface ship(MASS),based on a study of the characteristics of MASS,the paper summarizes the conflicts with existing standards on seaworthiness in the aspects of hull scope,seaworthiness time,etc.Based on the original intention of the seaworthiness system and the characteristics of MASS,it suggests establishing a legal system for MASS and shore-based operator cultivation system and incorperating the shore-based control center in the scope of consideration for seaworthiness,in order to address the conflict in the seaworthiness of MASS.
