摘  要:党的二十大提出加快建设高质量教育体系,为我国教育事业发展明确了目标,为推动实现中国式教育现代化指明了方向。当前我国学前教育事业正经历从有质量向高质量的发展转型,作为教育体系的起始环节,责任重大、任务艰巨。我国学前教育事业在新时代的高质量发展应坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,积极应对在高质量教育体系建设中面临的机制构建、理论突破、供需匹配、评价跟进等方面的挑战,以机制创新保障普及普惠的高质量学前教育事业发展,通过学理阐释重塑儿童本位的中国特色学前教育理论体系,以队伍建设为抓手推进学前教育深度改革,通过供需贯通实现学前教育资源的供需匹配和精准投入,以评价引领构建幼儿园保育教育质量监测与督导机制。The 20th CPC National Congress has proposed to accelerate the construction of a high quality education system,which defines the goal for the development of China’s education and points out the direction for promoting Chinese education modernization.Currently,preschool education is undergoing a transformation from quality education to high quality development.As the starting of the whole education system,preschool education shoulders great responsibilities and arduous tasks.In the new era,the high quality development of preschool education needs to persist the new developmental concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing,to actively respond to the challenges of mechanism improvement,theoretical breakthrough,supply and demand matching,and follow-up evaluation in the construction of high quality education system,to ensure the development of universal,public-interest,and high quality preschool education through mechanism innovation,construction of the theoretical system of preschool education with Chinese characteristics,the in-depth reform of preschool education with team building,the coordination of supply and demand of educational resources,and quality monitoring and supervision of childcare and education by evaluation.
