摘 要:在煤炭浮选工艺中表面活性剂的选用对于分离细颗粒的效率至关重要,与传统方法相比,使用混合捕收剂、混合表面活性剂以及油性捕收剂与表面活性剂的乳化具有较大优势,分离效率高是由于其能够快速地、选择性地吸附到煤表面上。为了明晰表面活性剂表面活性剂组合、表面活性剂与任一油类捕收剂以及脂肪酸混合物组合等情况下混合药物的使用效果,对国内外的研究成果进行了详细的介绍和分析,探讨了混合药剂体系在使用过程中的吸附机理。通过对使用不同混合药剂进行煤炭浮选的效率进行了对比分析,对各药剂的特性及优缺点进行了总结。In the coal flotation process the selection of surfactants is crucial for the efficiency of fine particle separation.Compared to traditional methods,the use of mixed collectors,mixed surfactants and oil-based collectors with surfactants for emulsification has significant advantages.The high separation efficiency is due to their ability to quickly and selectively adsorb onto the coal surface.In order to clarify the effectiveness of mixed reagents in the combination of surfactants,and surfactants with any oil collector and fatty acid mixtures,a detailed introduction and analysis of research results at home and abroad were conducted,and the adsorption mechanism of mixed reagents systems during use was explored.By comparing and analyzing the flotation efficiency of coal flotation using different mixed reagents,the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each reagent were summarized.
