摘　　要：主方案试验设计作为一种新型试验设计方法,已被临床研究广泛应用。平台试验设计是主方案试验设计的重要组成部分,用于长期、动态地评价某种疾病的多种治疗方案。因其具有灵活、共享的特点,被越来越多的学者所认可和采用。本文将从背景、设计思路、重要问题、案例分析等方面对平台试验设计方法进行简要介绍。As a new experimental design method,the master protocol has been widely used in clinical research.The platform trial is an important part of the master protocol design,which is used to evaluate multiple treatment regimens for a single disease in a long-term and dynamic manner,and has been recognized and adopted by a growing number of scholars because of its flexibility and sharing.This paper will briefly introduce the method of platform trail from the aspects of background,design concepts,important issues,and case analyses.
