摘　　要：目的通过设计、构建妊娠高血压患者智能化随访平台,实现对妊娠高血压的智能管理。方法在病程管理中,应用互联网和人工智能技术,实现妊娠高血压患者病情随访与临床管理的深度融合。结果通过建立该平台,优化了妊娠高血压全程随访路径,实现了高危人群风险评估和管理。目前已有447人纳入病程管理,建立随访任务1915次。结论妊娠高血压患者智能化随访平台的构建及应用,不仅提升了患者的就医体验,还对提升医院的服务水平和管理效率具有重要意义。Objective Through the design and construction of intelligent follow-up platform for pregnant hypertension patients,intelligent management of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy(HDP)can be achieved.Methods In the course of HDP management,the Internet and artificial intelligence technology are applied to realize the deep integration of patient follow-up and clinical management.Results Through the establishment of this platform,the whole follow-up path of HDP was optimized,and the risk assessment and management of the target population were realized.447 patients have been included in the platform,and 1915 follow-up missions have been completed.Conclusion The construction and application of the intelligent follow-up platform for pregnant hypertensive patients can not only improve the medical experience of patients,but also improve the service level and management efficiency of hospitals.
