摘　　要：目的建设孕期营养门诊诊疗平台信息系统,实现对孕产妇妊娠风险的控制,保障孕产妇及新生儿健康。方法在孕产妇妊娠风险筛查、母子健康档案建立、孕期营养干预和孕期健康管理等过程的基础上,构建孕期营养评价、营养诊疗、孕产妇档案、数据分析功能。结果实现了营养科与产科交叉业务的无缝对接、营养门诊与产科的营养病例共享,同时实现了孕期营养代谢性疾病及其高风险人群的过程管理。结论孕期营养门诊诊疗平台为孕产妇提供了医学营养解决方案,能够满足孕产妇对妊娠风险控制、胎儿健康及母子安全的多重需求,在孕产妇营养管理中有较好的临床应用及推广价值。Objective To build an outpatient diagnosis and treatment platform for nutrition during pregnancy,and control pregnancy risks of pregnant women,and ensure the health of pregnant women and newborns.Methods The platform analyzes the processes of pregnancy risk screening for pregnant women,the establishment of maternal and child health records,nutrition intervention during pregnancy,and health management during pregnancy.Based on these analyses,the platform builds a pregnancy nutrition evaluation center,a nutrition diagnosis and treatment center,pregnancy and maternal archives center and a data analysis center.Results The platform realized the seamless connection between the cross-business of nutrition department and obstetrics department,nutritional disease case sharing between out-patient nutrition and obstetrics department.The platform also achieved the process management of nutritional and metabolic diseases during pregnancy and its high-risk population.Conclusion The pregnancy nutrition diagnosis and treatment platform provides medical nutrition solutions for pregnant women.It can meet the multiple needs of pregnant women for pregnancy risk control,fetal health,and the safety of both mother and baby.It has good clinical application and promotion value in maternal nutrition management.
