医院医疗协同云平台的设计与实现

摘　　要：目的通过建立医院医疗协同云平台,实现医院会诊系统、教学系统、会议系统等多系统应用整合,实现医疗应用一体化协同,提高医院工作效率。方法对建设需求、功能需求、业务需求、安全需求等方面进行详细分析,依据需求分析、应用特点设计平台架构。结果通过医疗协同云平台,建立协同平台区和医院前置安全区两大区域,形成平台标准规范和安全保障两大体系,构建会诊系统、教学系统、会议系统等3类应用系统,满足平台功能需求和安全需求。结论医疗协同云平台实现了会诊系统、教学系统、会议系统的一体化协同和高度集成,满足了医院的实际需求,实现了云平台与医院数据互联互通,应用效果显著。Objective To establish the hospital medical cooperation cloud platform,realize the application integration of hospital consultation system,teaching system,conference system and other systems,realize the integration and collaboration of medical application,and improve the hospital work efficiency.Methods Through detailed analysis of construction requirements,functional requirements,business requirements and security requirements,the platform architecture was designed according to the requirements analysis and application characteristics.Results The medical collaborative cloud platform was used to establish two areas:the collaborative platform area and the hospital pre-safety area.The platform standards and standards and security systems were established,and three types of applications,including the consultation system,teaching system and conference system,were built to meet the functional and security requirements of the platform.Conclusion The medical collaborative cloud platform achieves the integration and highly integration of the consultation system,teaching system and conference system,meets the actual needs of hospitals,realizes the data interconnection between the cloud platform and hospitals,and has significant application effect.
