摘　　要：目的探索构建智能化健康体检新流程,提高体检中心服务能力,提升体检者满意度。方法通过优化体检流程,整合体检服务节点,利用面向服务的架构、服务总线、消息队列ActiveMQ等技术和工具,构建智能化健康体检服务平台。结果实现了体检数据的快速流转和共享;每人体检用时平均缩短1小时,总检报告出具效率提升79%,体检中心工作效率明显提高。结论智能化健康体检服务平台在优化体检服务、提升体检者体验、节约人力成本等方面均发挥了积极的作用。Objective To explore the construction of a new intelligent physical examination model process,improve the service ability of physical examination centers,and improve the satisfaction of physical examiners.Methods By optimizing physical examination process,integrating physical examination service nodes,and using technologies and tools such as service-oriented architecture,service bus and message queue ActiveMQ,intelligent physical examination service platform was constructed.Results The rapid circulation and sharing of physical examination data was realized,the queuing time of each person for physical examination was shortened by 1 hour,the issuing efficiency of the general examination report was increased by 79%,and the working efficiency of the physical examination center was improved.Conclusion Intelligent health examination service platform has played a positive role in optimizing physical examination services,improving customer experience and saving labor costs.
