摘　　要：失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态在中医上归属于“不寐”“郁证”等范畴,“郁证”多由情志不畅、气机郁滞所致,而“不寐”的主要病因包括情志失常、劳逸失调、饮食不节等,其中情志因素占主导作用。谢道俊教授认为本病的病位主要在心、肝,与脾、肾有关,主要病机为情志失调引起脏腑功能紊乱,气血阴阳失调,阳不入阴。治法当以疏肝解郁、畅达气机、宁心安神、调和阴阳为主。在用药上根据临床经验自创“轻可去实”与“重可去怯”相结合的方法,疗效颇为显著。Insomnia with anxiety and depression belongs to the categories of"sleep disorder"and"depression syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.The"depression syndrome"is mostly caused by poor emotions and qi stagnation,while the main causes of"sleep disorder"include emotional disorders,imbalance between work and rest,improper diet and so on,among which emotional factors play a leading role.Professor Xie Daojun believes that the location of this disease is mainly in the heart and liver,and it is related to the spleen and kidney as well.Its main pathogenesis is an emotional disorder,which leads to the dysfunction of viscera,resulting in an imbalance of qi,blood,yin and yang,eventually,yang failing to enter yin.Its main therapeutic methods involve dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,promoting qi fl ow,calming the heart and mind,and harmonizing yin and yang.Based on his clinical experience,Professor Xie Daojun creates the method of combining"dispersing herbs eliminating sthenia"and“umbersome herbs eliminating timidity”in terms of its medication,whose curative effect is quite remarkable.
