摘  要:目的研究高纤维饮食(HD)改善高脂饮食(HF)所致子代大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法建立高脂和高纤维不同饮食模型,将孕鼠按照性别不同随机分为对照(CON)组、高脂(HF)组和高纤维(HD)组。首先观察HF对不同子代大鼠身长、体重等生长发育指标的影响以及HD其中的作用,然后采用Morris水迷宫实验观察HF及HD作用下对不同子代大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。结果雌雄HF组的体重明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而HD组的体重与HF组比较,明显减少(P<0.05)。雌雄各组的身长均无明显差异(P>0.05)。在Morris水迷宫实验中发现,HF子代大鼠的潜伏期时间延长,穿越平台和象限次数与对照组相比也都减少;HD可明显减少HF所致的潜伏期时间变长,穿越平台和象限次数也显著增多。结论HF可促进雌雄正常子代大鼠体重增加,但对身长无明显影响。HD可降低HF所致的体重增加,且可改善HF所致的学习记忆能力的降低。Objective To explore the effect of high fiber diet(HD)on improving the learning and memory abilities of offspring rats induced by high fat diet(HF).Methods Establishing different dietary models of high fat and high fiber,pregnant rats were randomly divided into control(CON)group,high fat(HF)group and high fiber(HD)group according to sex.Firstly,observing the effect of HF on growth and development indicators such as body length and weight of different offspring rats,as well as the role of HD.Then,using Morris water maze experiment to observe the effect of HF and HD on the learning and memory abilities of different offspring rats.Results The body weight(g)of both male and female in HF group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the body weight of the HD group decreased significantly compared to the HF group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body length(cm)between different groups(P>0.05).In the Morris water maze experiment,it found that the latency time of HF offspring rats was prolonged,and the number of crossing platforms and quadrants was also reduced compared to the control group;HD can significantly reduce the latency time caused by HF,and significantly increase the number of crossing platforms and quadrants.Conclusion HF can promote weight gain in male and female normal offspring rats,but has no significant effect on body length.HD can reduce weight gain caused by HF.Moreover,HD can improve the decrease in learning and memory abilities caused by HF..
